Medium-sized construction businesses
100-149 employees receive up to £15,000 per year
150-199 employees receive up to £20,000 per year
200-250 employees receive up to £25,000 per year
The Skills and Training fund aims to enable medium sized construction companies with up to 250 directly employed staff to improve their training programme and help them meet the more complex needs of a developing construction organisation.
This can include management and leadership training to help you unlock growth by introducing new skills to improve productivity in your business
You can apply for CITB Skills and Training funding if:
you are a CITB-registered employer
you have between 100 and 250 directly employed staff on the payroll
any previous project paid for by the Skills and Training fund has been signed off as complete.
You can apply for funding once every 12 months.

You may be eligible for a grant under the Construction Industry Training Board CITB Skills and Training fund to assist the learning and development of employees if you are a CITB registered employer and have less than 250 directly employed staff on your payroll.
