Small & micro-sized construction businesses
1-49 employees receive up to £5,000 per year
50-74 employees receive up to £7,500 per year
75-100 employees receive up to £10,000 per year
The CITB Skills and Training fund aims to help small and micro construction companies deliver high quality learning and development experiences to employees and it provides an extra incentive to access CITB grant eligible training.
The CITB Skills and Training fund also supports a wider range of activity, with a greater emphasis on innovation, and management and leadership training.
You can apply for CITB Skills and Training funding if:
you are a CITB-registered employer
you have less than 100 directly employed staff on the payroll
any previous project paid for by the Skills and Training fund has been signed off as complete.
You can apply for funding once every 12 months.

You may be eligible for a grant under the Construction Industry Training Board CITB Skills and Training fund to assist the learning and development of employees if you are a CITB registered employer and have less than 250 directly employed staff on your payroll.
Qualifying organisations are eligible to apply once every 12 months.
